We buy a head of Shinshu beef raised on certified Nagano Prefecture apples.
Cattle raised on feed containing apples, a specialty of Shinshu, are characterized by sweet meat and a mild flavor!
When this is grilled, you will smell the pleasant aroma of fat and enjoy its tenderness and sweetness the more you chew it in one bite.
We offer a sumptuous selection of carefully raised Shinshu beef, even the rarest parts of the beef, for you to enjoy.
